Welcome to Our PC1000 Drug Diversion Treatment Program
PC1000, or Deferred Entry of Judgment, is a groundbreaking program aimed at breaking the cycle of substance abuse and criminal involvement. This program allows eligible participants to undergo a comprehensive rehabilitation process rather than facing immediate legal consequences. Successful completion of the program can result in the dismissal of charges, providing a chance for a fresh start.
The program aims to offer education and counseling services on drug abuse, serving as an alternative legal recourse for first-time offenders. Individuals are directed to the PC1000 program by the Court following a guilty plea, with their sentence being conditionally suspended pending the successful fulfillment of a drug education and counseling program.
Deferred Entry of Judgment/Drug Diversion: As a condition of probation, individuals convicted of a misdemeanor drug offense may be required to complete an approved 31.5-hour – 16 week, or an approved 47 hour – 20 week treatment program including education, group and individual counseling. The length of program is dependent upon the county of conviction.
